Historian and Writer
Consultancy
Alice really enjoys working collaboratively with both curators and creatives, and is skilled at breaking down the hierarchies and meanings of collections for broader audiences. She has worked as a historical consultant for theatre-makers and novelists on a range of subjects using an archival source base, including botanical and palaeontological collecting, industrial unrest in the nineteenth century, and the history of black communities in Manchester. She has experience of using her research to create exhibitions, television pitches, and virtual games. Please get in touch with your projects or ideas - testimonials can be found here.
